Ladybirds work closely with the local Nursery & Infant School to ensure that planned activities for the pre-school children follow the National Curriculum requirements for 3-5 year olds, ensuring that they are well prepared for reception year in mainstream School.

Appreciating that children progress at different rates and their individual needs and achievements may vary, they will be encouraged to learn through play following the ELG (Early Learning Goals) to develop their personal and social skills, literacy and numeracy. Good communication and emotional skills are continually encouraged.
